NEW DS5 TO BE REVEALED

Citroen will reveal its new DS5 at the Frankfurt Motor
Show on September 13.
The third model in the DS line-up, the DS5, which is a restyled
premium version of a C5 saloon, will go on sale in the UK early in
2012.
The new model will be available with HYbrid4 full-hybrid diesel
technology which will deliver 200bhp, four wheel drive capability,
pure electric driving in the city and an acceleration boost
function for the open road with total CO2 emissions from
99g/km.
New technological equipment will include intelligent traction
control, lane departure warning system, automatic high-beam lights,
colour head-up display and reverse parking camera.
The DS5 has already achieved a five star Euro NCAP safety rating
with a 97% score in the safety assist category.
Prices for the new DS5 are expected to be in the region of
£25,000.
