Fiat 500 TwinAir: Top Gear's Richard Hammond reckons its the
most exciting car of the year. "Its Fiat's eco-ingenuity
under the bonnet that has got him hot under the collar, because the
TwinAir posts the lowest carbon dioxide emissions of any petrol
engine car. With 95g/km of CO2, the engine not only compares well
with most rival manufacturers' diesel engines, minus the nasty
bits, its also on a par with Honda's Insight hybrid. Its a
